• Any claim or delay charges due to natural calamities, land slides, road blockage, etc.
• Any other things which are not mentioned in the cost included column.
• Government service tax – 5% applicable on total billing

Booking Confirmation Policy:

• For Flight Booking we required 100% Amount Advance.
• For Land Package Booking we required 50% Advance and the remaining 50% 15 days before your trip starts.

Cancellation Policy:

• Flight Cancellation Policy as per airline
• Hotel As per Hotel Hotel is refundable or non-refundable
• Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
  • 45 days before arrival: 10% of the Land package only accepts the hotel.
  • 15 days before arrival: 25% of the Tour/service cost except for the hotel.
  • 07 days before arrival: OR No Show: No Refundable except the hotel.
• Flight Cancellation charges: Non-Refundable
• Note: Written cancellation will accept on all working days during working hours (10 AM to 6:30 PM), except Sunday, Any cancellation sent after working hours or on Sundays will be considered on the next working day or (Monday).
