  • Day 1: Arrival in Bhuj - Dhordo
    • On arrival at Bhuj Airport/Railway station, meet our representative who will transfer you to the Dhordo well known as the tent city for the Utsav.
    • Check-in at your allotted tent in Dhordo.
    • Enjoy delicious lunch and the rest of the day is free at leisure.
    • One can also go shopping during leisure time at the handicraft bazaar.
    • The different handicrafts from the star attraction of Kutch are beautifully designed and they mainly include terracotta, patchwork, and embroidered items.
    • In the evening, enjoy tea and snacks at the dining hall.
    • After dinner, you can enjoy cultural programs that are held in the camp area.
    • Overnight stay at the camp city, Dhordo.
  • Day 2: In the Camp
    • Start your day with meditation and let your soul intermingle with nature.
    • Thereafter, have a healthy breakfast.
    • Enjoy the rest of the day, exploring the colors of the beautiful place.
    • Step out to have a look at the ethnic stuff designed by the local artisans.
    • You can also take a short trip to the Indo - Pak Border.
    • In the evening, grab the opportunity to dance with the local folk dancers.
    • Later return to the hotel to enjoy a comfortable night's stay in Dhordo.
  • Day3: Depart for Bhuj
    • After breakfast in the morning, bid farewell to this unique and beautiful Rann Utsav tour.
      • Thereafter, we will transfer you to the Railway station / Airport in Bhuj for your onward Journey.

Booking Confirmation Policy:

  • For Flight Booking we required 100% Amount Advance.
  • For Land Package Booking we required 50% Advance and the remaining 50% 15 days before your trip starts.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Flight Cancellation Policy as per airline
  • Hotel As per Hotel Hotel is refundable or non-refundable
  • Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
    • 45 days before arrival: 10% of the Land package only accepts the hotel.
    • 15 days before arrival: 25% of the Tour/service cost except for the hotel.
    • 07 days before arrival: OR No Show: No Refundable except the hotel.
  • Flight Cancellation charges: Non-Refundable
  • Note: Written cancellation will accept on all working days during working hours (10 AM to 6:30 PM), except Sunday, Any cancellation sent after working hours or on Sundays will be considered on the next working day or (Monday).
