Itinerary:


  • Day 1: Chandigarh to Narkanda (185kms6hrs)
    • Arrive at Chandigarh airport railway station, our guide cum driver will Assist you there and take you to Shimla.
    • It will take 3 to 4 hours to reach Shimla.
    • Now driving to Narkanda will take around 2 hours from Shimla.
    • Check in to the hotel and overnight stay in Narkanda.
  • Day 2: Narkanda /– Sangla 2320 Meters (160kms7hours)
    • After breakfast, we will start our journey towards Sangla via Rampur, Jerry.
    • On the way, you will see beautiful apple orchards. The journey will take 7 hours.
    • We/’ll move from Rampur to Jeori, walking along the Sutlej River, crossing the Indo-Tibetian border road, will enter the Kinnaur Valley and a turn will take us to beautiful Baspa Valley.
    • By late afternoon we will reach Sangla village via an 18 km narrow winding road with exciting gorges and cliffs of the Baspa River.
    • It is also known as Baspa Sangla valley owing to the Baspa River flowing through the valley.
    • Overnight stay in Sangla.
  • Day 3: Sangla- Chitkul /– Kalpa (85kms4-5hrs)
    • Start the day with an early morning from Chitkul village Kalpa, the last habituated village in India.
    • After that, we drive back to Sangla and headed to Kalpa village.
    • At Kalpa, we take a brisk walk to Roghi Village in the evening followed by an overnight stay at a hotel or homestay in Kalpa.
    • Kalpa is a small town in the Sutlej river valley, above ReckongPeo in the Kinnaur district of Himachal Pradesh, Northern India, in the Indian Himalayas.
    • Inhabited by Kinnauri people and known for its apple orchards.
  • Day 4: Kalpa/– Nako - Tabo 3280 Meters (145kms6-7hours)
    • Post breakfast we will begin our journey of 145 kilometers which would take 6-7 hours.
    • You/’ll see a change in the surroundings as the greenery will give way to rocky brown terrains.
    • When we will reach AkpaSpello village, our inner line permits will be checked at a police check post.
    • Another 35 km will take us to the meeting point of the Sutlej and Spiti Rivers.
    • From here, we will take the trail along the Spiti River to reach Nako, a beautiful village near Nako Lake (3600 m).
    • After lunch, we will be visiting Buddhist monasteries that follow guru Padmasambhava (a great Buddhist scholar, whose teachings spread to Tibet from India as well).
    • We will also be taking a trip to Nako Lake, the first of many high-altitude lakes that you/’ll be visiting on this trip.
    • Continue our drive to Tabo. Night stay in Tabo.
  • Day 5: Tabo /– Dhankar/– Guling /– Pin Valley - Mud 3600 Meters (160kms6-7 hours)
    • What could be better than starting your day with none other than /“Ajanta of the Himalayas/”? Yes, you read it right, the magnificent preserver of Buddhists/’ legacy in Spiti Valley, the Tabo monastery, one of the oldest monasteries in the region.
    • It has a series of 9 Temples, 23 Chortens, a Monk/’s Chamber, and amazing galleries of stucco statues, and wall paintings dated back to 996 AD Learn more about the Buddhist culture and the intrinsic architect with your visit to Dhankar.
    • A short trek to Dhankar Lake would not only be refreshing and energetic, but it would also be the best option to test your fitness level high in the Himalayas and overnight stay in pin valley Mud village.
  • Day 6: Mud /– Kaza /– Hikkim /– Comic /– Langza - Kaza 3600 Meters (100kms5-6 hours)
    • Today after breakfast you will move towards Kaza.
    • Now we will visit the historical villages of Kaza.
    • Komic is not only the village that is the highest in Asia but is also considered the highest village in the world with a motorable road.
    • Angyud monastery is one of the two monasteries left in the Spiti Valley of the Sakya sect and is situated in Komic.
    • Hikkim village is famous for having the highest post office and polling station in the world.
    • After some time we will continue our journey to Langza village.
    • You can also see prehistoric marine fossils in Langza.
    • A long ago this region was completely submerged in the water.
    • That/’s why it is also referred to as /‘Fossil Village/’.
    • Langza is a small village with a population of mere 160 people and 30 homes.
    • You will also see the oldest Lord Buddha statue about 1000 yr old.
    • The water that reaches Langza comes from a Glacier about 14 km away.
    • After that, we/’ll come back to Kaza via a thrilling drive through a narrow and high road that offers a beautiful sight of mountains in Spiti valley.
    • We will stay in a guest house in Kaza for the night.
  • Day 7: Kaza /– Key- Kibber /– Chandra Tal 4205 Meters (106kms 5-6 hours)
    • Starting early on our 7th day of traveling across the Trans-Himalayas region, we walk around Kaza, the administrative headquarter of Spiti Valley which has a marketplace, hotels, a homestay, and the highest fuel station in the world.
    • After breakfast, we drive our way through the Kibber village, the 2nd highest village in the world located at 4270 meters respectively.
    • While the roads are rugged, your soul will be filled with the adrenaline ecstasy of traveling in the toughest yet most beautiful terrain in the world to the last destination of the day, the beautiful Moon Lake ChandraTal.
    • Today we will cross Kunzum Pass (4590M).
    • An overnight stay at the camps at ChandraTal Lake will mark the end of the day-long adventure.
  • Day 8: Chandra Tal /– Manali 2050 Meters (140kms 6-7 hours)
    • We/’ll be starting early to begin the journey of 6-7 hours with a few stops and a lunch break.
    • We will be going through the high mountain pass of the eastern Himalayan range, the Rohtang pass which is at an altitude of 3,978 meters.
    • We will reach Manali in the evening.
    • Overnight Stay in Manali.
  • Day 9: Manali-local sight Seeing
    • After breakfast visits the local sights of Manali Hadimba Temple, Manu Temple, Vashist Temple, Tibetan Monastery, Solang Valley, The Mall Manali & Local Market.
    • Evening Free For Leisure.
    • Dinner & overnight Stay at Hotel in Manali.
  • Day 10: Manali-Chandigarh
    • After breakfast, check out & proceed to Chandigarh, overnight stay in Chandigarh.
  • Day 11: Chandigarh
    • After breakfast, drop at Chandigarh railway station/ Airport.

  • Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
    • 45 days before arrival: 10% of the Land package only accepts the hotel.
    • 15 days before arrival: 25% of the Tour/service cost except for the hotel.
    • 07 days before arrival: OR No Show: No Refundable except the hotel.
